How the money moves
01
Funders → Pool entityCapital goes into a ring-fenced pool entity (SPV) that holds the assets.
02
Pool → AssetBikenance buys the asset, fits tracking and insurance, and assigns it to a vetted operator.
03
Operator → RepaymentsWeekly or monthly payments from what the asset earns, collected by Bikenance as servicer.
04
Repayments → HoldersAfter fees, distributions go to unit holders pro-rata and are recorded on-chain.
Key risks
  • Riders may pay late or stop paying. Recovery and resale may not cover the full amount.
  • Riders may earn partly in ZiG while units are USD-denominated, so currency moves can affect repayments.
  • Regulation of tokenised assets is still evolving and may change how units work.
  • Units may be hard to sell before the pool term ends.
